Joe Hiryak Owner/Operator Joe started at the U of A in 2001. After finishing his degree in Real Estate and Finance he worked for several years in the property management field in Fayetteville. After identifying a niche in the window cleaning business he lept at the opportunity to be self employed. After several years of hard work he has built a nice clientele and continues to enjoy serving his clients needs.	Ryan James Screen Machine Ryan James is serving this great nation as a reservist in the National Guard here in Arkansas. Between obligations to the United States Army he helps service FWW clients. He is also pursuing a Master's degree in Social Work at the U of A.	John Stephens Scrub Master John Stephens is a Fayetteville local. He is finishing his degree at the U of At and helping out part time at FWW. He is a fine artist and musician. He is still considering what he wants to be when he grows up.	Seth Porter Water Boy Seth Porter is pursing an undergrad degree at the U of A in Biology. He plans to pursue his master's and Phd after graduating in May. Seth helps us here at FWW part-time and is a great addition to our team.
